Position Overview

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Urologist to enhance our Pediatric Urology division. This role is situated within a comprehensive multi-specialty clinic that encompasses various Pediatric-trained professionals, including specialists in General Surgery, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Orthopedics, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Sports Medicine, and Infectious Disease.

This practice benefits from a robust referral network, particularly for prenatal assessments and newborns facing urological challenges. The clinic boasts a busy outpatient surgical service and maintains strong collaborations with Primary Care providers across the region. Our facilities include a Level IV NICU, a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and an in-house Pediatric Hospitalist team dedicated to inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care as a board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Urologist.
  • Ideal candidates will possess fellowship training in Pediatric Urology, along with advanced clinical skills in laparoscopy, robotics, and endoscopy.
  • Maintain current BLS and PALS certifications.
  • Compensation ranges from $466,645 to $681,491 annually, based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE).
  • Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and additional shift incentives, as applicable.
  • Providers may also be eligible for Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, dental, and retirement plans.

The Pediatric Urology division is part of a multi-specialty clinic that features Pediatric-trained professionals across various specialties, including Urology, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Orthopedics, and registered dieticians. Our clinic is affiliated with a leading high-risk delivery center, facilitating over 12,000 deliveries annually, which strengthens our referral base for prenatal consultations and newborns with congenital anomalies and renal issues.
