Client Services Liaison

The Client Services Representative serves as a key liaison between our clients and the call center staff at Meduit. This role requires exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and service to customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team member and build professional relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Correspond with clients in a professional manner via phone, email, and fax to resolve issues and provide administrative support.
- Manage client accounts, including analyzing accounts to resolve balance discrepancies, data entry, posting payments and adjustments, and requesting itemized bills from clients.
- Verify insurance eligibility and research and retrieve information from client sites.
- Inspect bankruptcy notifications and generate client reports.
- Perform all other duties assigned by manager.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrates commitment to exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and service to customers.
- Superb communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with clients.
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- HS Diploma/GED Required.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance, and FDCPA is a plus.
