Job Title: Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Company 3/Method Studios. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and employees, providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a welcoming experience for all.

Main Responsibilities:

* Greet clients and employees, and assist them throughout their session
* Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby area
* Answer multi-line phone system and roll calls to the appropriate department/employees
* Compose daily supervised and unsupervised schedule for the studio
* Place facility ticket requests with building management
* Maintain and order monthly parking validations
* Maintain and order office supplies
* Conduct daily and nightly studio walk-throughs, opening or securing suites
* Provide daily briefing with on-site personnel
* Communicate call times with client services
* Assist Client Services department with various duties
* Assist corporate cardholders with expense reports
* Add meal costs to jobs in MediaPulse, our billing and scheduling system

Requirements:

* Ability to lift/carry items weighing up to 25lbs
* Capacity and interest to learn new material as needed in a fast-paced and technical professional environment
