The Hythe Vail, a distinguished luxury establishment in a prime location, is in search of a meticulous and committed Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to become a vital part of our culinary team. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Position Specifications:

- Expected Compensation: $20.00 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitization
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize all kitchenware, including plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Regularly check and replenish cleaning supplies, following safety procedures.
- Kitchen Upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and workstations.
- Perform scheduled deep cleaning tasks on kitchen equipment.
- Monitor waste disposal procedures, ensuring proper sorting and sanitation.
- Inventory Management
- Assist in organizing and storing kitchen supplies efficiently.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and report shortages.
- Support for Culinary Staff
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Ensure that clean items are returned to their designated areas promptly.
- Help set up and break down the kitchen before and after service.
- Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to management.
