Lead Cleaner Coordinator

The Lead Cleaner coordinates the activities of employees engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial, and medical establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
- Oversee floor and carpet care employees
- Issue supplies and equipment
- Perform duties of workers supervised
- Appraise employee performance
- Address customer complaints and resolve problems
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medical cleaning experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred but required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
- Pass a background check and drug screen
