At Silfab Solar, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving project management activities, including coordinating with technical project officers and technology managers, organizing meetings, developing project schedules, and maintaining up-to-date project budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master of Science in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. They will also have 3-5 years of experience in project management or construction, with backgrounds in manufacturing or general contracting.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating directly with the designated technical project officer and technology manager assigned for each project
  • Organizing all internal and external meetings with relation to each project
  • Developing project scheduling (e.g. GANNT charts) detailing all related activities
  • Maintaining up to date project budgets
  • Tracking deliverables, progress against milestones (projected vs. actuals)
  • Actively adjusting project milestones and timelines to ensure overall project success
  • Formalizing/planning review meetings for project Go/No-Go milestones
  • Responsible for accurate financial tracking, billing, and on-time invoicing

The Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating effectively and working fluidly within all Silfab's departments: procurement, sales/marketing, operations, finance/accounting as well as external parties such as the DOE.
