About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an agency owner in the Houston metropolitan area.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build a successful sales career and create a lucrative income stream.


Compensation Package: $60,000 - $80,000 per year + Commission
Responsibilities

As an agency owner, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting new business production goals and objectives.
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals.
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

You will also be expected to:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Farmers Insurance products and services.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various lead sources.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently.
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health Insurance license.
