The position you're interested in is an Accounts Receivable Analyst role within our International Finance Division (IFO). This team is responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment from customers.

Job Description

This position requires strong communication and analytical skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other departments. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing accounts receivable using multiple systems
  • Reviewing and investigating customer receipt variances
  • Communicating with internal and external parties regarding accounts receivable questions, error correction, and discrepancy resolution
  • Identifying root causes for customer deductions, disputes, and variances
  • Reviewing monthly performance reports
  • Providing internal and external audit support as required
  • Maintaining policies and procedures for AR processes in accordance with GPM guidance

Responsibilities

You will assist the AR Lead and Supervisor in performing, facilitating, and reviewing day-to-day AR activities within the center. This includes:

  • Assuring processing is performed within standards and allowing for achievement of targeted aging metrics
  • Continuously improving process design focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement, and cost minimization
  • Contributing to process improvement reviews
  • Evaluating best practices with global peers and developing improvement suggestions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associates degree required
  • 2-4 plus years of accounts receivable experience inclusive of all aspects of AR management
  • Knowledge and understanding of overall Order-to-cash processes
  • Strong ability to interact with internal and external parties at various levels
  • Attention to detail with a propensity for continuous improvement

Estimated Salary Range: $57,300.00 – $114,700.00
