We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Liaison/Call Center Representative to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for registering new patients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication between business units.
Key Responsibilities- Register new patients and update patient information in our database
- Schedule appointments and manage patient schedules
- Transfer calls to appropriate personnel and handle customer inquiries
- Coordinate communication between business units and departments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient complaints in a timely and professional manner
- 1+ year of recent call center or administrative experience
- Basic computer knowledge and grammatical skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 7am-6pm. You will be required to work holidays as needed.
