We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Liaison/Call Center Representative to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for registering new patients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication between business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register new patients and update patient information in our database
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient schedules
  • Transfer calls to appropriate personnel and handle customer inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between business units and departments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 1+ year of recent call center or administrative experience
  • Basic computer knowledge and grammatical skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 7am-6pm. You will be required to work holidays as needed.
