Job Title: Patient Access Representative

Job Summary:
The Patient Access Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by acting as a liaison between LabCorp and its customers/patients. This individual will provide product education, handle inquiries, and resolve routine customer requests in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between LabCorp, customers, and patients to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide product education and information to customers.
  • Qualify and establish new customers requesting LabCorp's products and services.
  • Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
  • Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 02 years of experience.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Understanding of medical terminology used in clinical settings.
