Patient Access Liaison

Job Summary:
The Patient Access Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by acting as a liaison between LabCorp and its customers/patients. This individual will provide product education, handle inquiries, and resolve routine customer requests in a courteous and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between LabCorp, customers, and patients to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide product education and information to customers.
- Qualify and establish new customers requesting LabCorp's products and services.
- Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
- Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 02 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Understanding of medical terminology used in clinical settings.
