We are seeking a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their gym memberships, resolving issues, and troubleshooting errors, particularly for members using our online coaching services. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to gym memberships, billing inquiries, and account updates.
- Assist clients with accessing and using online coaching programs, providing step-by-step guidance when needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues, especially for clients with home gym memberships.
- Accurately input data into the computer system during calls.
- Assist clients with their needs, providing information about products and services.
- Communicate effectively with diverse clientele, including multilingual support where applicable.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client experiences.

Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems is essential.
- Multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with client services and an understanding of outbound calling processes is a plus.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
