Key Responsibilities:

Provide troubleshooting assistance for corporate software applications utilizing a Knowledge Base and direct issues to the suitable support teams as necessary.
Adhere to all escalation protocols in line with service level agreements.
Employ remote assistance tools to support end users when required.
Maintain a detailed record of each interaction in the incident management system.
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of technical skills and apply them effectively across various functions.
Serve as a technical resource for colleagues to resolve issues and challenges.
Anticipate client requirements and proactively propose solutions.
Organize, prioritize, and execute tasks to achieve set objectives, while working independently with support from the broader team.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years experience with personal computer operating systems.
At least 3 years in a customer service capacity.
3 or more years of experience in Technology Support.
Familiarity with Networking Concepts, Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP), Local Area Networks (LAN), and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred certifications in Information Technology, such as Computing Technology Industry Association A+ Certification.
