Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and state practice standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients upon admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in condition.
  • Performing medical procedures and monitoring as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation of care in patient records.
  • Administering prescribed medications and monitoring patients for therapeutic responses, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Providing exceptional patient care by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
  • Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Registered Nurse Associate Degree.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification, to be obtained within 90 days of employment.
