We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Neurology team at St. David's North Austin Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
- Administer medications and complete treatments according to hospital policy
- Delegate tasks to non-licensed staff as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
