Job Summary:

The North Bay Children organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our child development programs. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point person for the California Department of Education, Community Care Licensing, and agency collaborating partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements for the center, including reporting, enrollment, and student records.
  • Develop and implement a variety of diverse, age-appropriate activities consistent with the philosophies of North Bay Children and Industry 'Best Practices'.
  • Manage and maintain Desired Results Developmental Profiles (DRDPs) in accordance with California Department of Education.
  • Maintain required supervision of children at all times (inside and outside) in accordance with California State Licensing regulations ratio standards.
Requirements:
  • Any years of teaching experience in ECE Programs with AA/AS Degree or higher;
  • CTC Site Supervisor or higher permit or in the process of obtaining SS permit;
  • Solid working knowledge of Community Care Licensing requirements, California Department of Education requirements, and of Industry 'Best Practices';
  • Ability to manage all aspects of a child development program, including staff supervision, contract management, budgeting, and financial oversight;
  • Pediatric First Aid and Pediatric CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in written and spoken Spanish language skills;
  • Valid Driver's License (if transporting children).
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $88,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
