Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Return Agent at Enterprise Holdings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, using prescribed dialogue to ensure a positive experience.
  • Remind customers to check for personal belongings and identify any items found in the vehicle, documenting them in the lost and found.
  • Advise and review rental charges, providing an accurate receipt to the customer.
  • Provide information on transportation to the airport terminal and thank customers using prescribed dialogue.
  • Inquire about service satisfaction and document any dissatisfaction.
  • Discreetly check vehicles for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customers to the counter for completion of damage/loss reports.
  • Use proper statements to determine if vehicles are being returned with a full tank of gas and complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage.
  • Identify and tag vehicles flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
  • Keep the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift/schedule: Sunday - 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Thursday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
