About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at EarthCam. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage data entry for lead generation processes to ensure seamless sales pipeline management.
  • Oversee and deliver reporting on sales pipeline and lead status to inform business decisions.
  • Manage email workflow for new client onboarding and create follow-up schedules to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain consistent check-ins with clients through project completion to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate client requests internally to ensure timely responses for meeting requests and EarthCam University class applications.
  • Capture and document positive client feedback, and request permissions for marketing and PR use.
  • Maintain weekly reporting for clients who use third-party software integration to ensure data accuracy.
  • Track positive and negative product feedback and escalate relevant issues to the product management team.
Requirements
  • Able to work independently and see tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • A good communicator – both verbally and in writing – with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • A problem solver with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, Technology is preferred.
  • Experience in sales and the technology field with a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills with the ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
