Route Sales Territory Developer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Route Sales Delivery Driver to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our sales and delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accelerating growth and revenue, and working safely within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers within your assigned territory.
- Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) safely and efficiently, adhering to defined safe work practices and completing DOT required documentation daily.
- Maintain a strong sales focus, identifying opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership.
- Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to a strict quality process.
- Sell our full portfolio of products to new and existing accounts, both inside and outside of normal working hours, in order to build route density and increase individual commission opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A valid CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement is required, or the ability to secure one through Primo Brands' certification program.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is necessary.
- Strong face-to-face sales skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently and in different weather conditions are essential.
- The ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, is also required.
Estimated Salary Range: $25.20 - $30.00 per hour, with uncapped commission and customer tips.
