Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Sales Representative to join our team in the Baltimore, MD area.

This role will involve traveling within our sales territory to conduct in-home inspections, utilizing warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business, diagnosing and educating homeowners on foundation issues, and providing solution options. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in commission-driven sales or construction/home improvement.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $200,000-$300,000, with opportunities for higher earnings through industry-leading commission programs. Additionally, we offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, long/short-term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Job Responsibilities
  • Travel and Sales: Conduct in-home inspections, utilize pre-qualified leads, and develop a book of business.
  • Homeowner Interaction: Diagnose and educate homeowners on foundation issues, provide solution options, estimate repairs, and close sales.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Commission-Driven Sales: Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer, and/or in-home sales is a plus.
  • Construction/Home Improvement: Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
