Job Description and Duties

The Department of Justice Accounting Office seeks an experienced Accounting Administrator I to manage the Financial Reports Unit. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to a team of accounting staff and assist the Department in meeting the requirements of Control Agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide technical expertise to a group of professional and semi-professional accounting staff.
  • Assist the Department in meeting the requirements of Control Agencies.
  • Develop a high level of professional competency in subordinate employees.

Working Conditions

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with two days in-office and three days telework. Schedule is subject to change due to department workload.
