About the Job

As an Account Executive at Vets Hired, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day account relationship with our clients in the Behavioral Health/Medicaid sector. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute a strategic plan to ensure retention and growth by providing solutions that align with our clients' overall business objectives and human capital management needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship: Collaborate with the account management team to develop and maintain a strategic business plan that reflects our clients' business objectives and how our solutions align with those objectives.
  • Account Management: Ensure Service Level Agreement performance, accuracy of claims payment, and adherence to administrative policies, rate maximization through ongoing benefit analysis, and compliance with the account's legal and regulatory environment.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with our clients at various levels, from day-to-day contacts to senior leadership, and maintain multiple connections to strengthen the overall relationship.
  • Communication: Ensure all customer and account-facing services are provided in a consistent and timely fashion, and resolve or escalate customer service issues in conjunction with operations.
  • Reporting: Define customer reports, ensure coordination with the client, and analyze data and reporting to develop executive summaries and recommendations for program improvement.
  • Financial Management: Ensure revenue goals are met, cost of care and administrative expenses are managed, and segment profit targets are achieved for assigned accounts.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' relevant experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
