The Catering Coordinator is instrumental in managing catering requests, including logistics for pickups and deliveries, thereby enhancing the guest experience and celebrating the vibrant spirit of Southern Brazilian culture.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with both guests and colleagues
  • Physical ability to carry out essential tasks
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service within hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments
  • Familiarity with Fogo's menu and corporate mission
  • Capability to lift up to 30 pounds and operate a vehicle
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Utilization of a personal vehicle for deliveries and offsite catering events

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guide guests in choosing catering selections and organizing their orders
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to finalize order specifics and arrange pickups/deliveries
  • Verify all catering order details with clients before the event
  • Execute catering orders with accuracy and hospitality
  • Mentor the Assistant Catering Coordinator on service excellence
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management as necessary
  • Stay updated on company promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Participate in local events and networking opportunities to showcase catering services
  • Comply with safety regulations and guidelines consistently
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management
