Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to lead our culinary team at The Corner Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to create innovative menus and prepare delicious meals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity
  • Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and presentation to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with our Executive Chef to drive revenue growth and improve kitchen operations
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of our culinary vision
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Extensive culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Certification from a reputable culinary school or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and menu planning
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
