Line Cook - Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Village at Proprietors Green. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Execute hot and cold food production in accordance with standards
  • Attend to the detail and presentation of each order
  • Place and expedite orders
  • Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain a sanitary kitchen

Requirements:

  • Food service training with at least 2-3 years of previous food service experience in a restaurant
  • Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a sanitary kitchen
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
