About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our restaurant team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide outstanding service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Restaurant, Bars, and Events to build financial objectives and execute marketing plans.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of restaurant service performance, food production, and employee performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet financial targets.
  • Communicate effectively with management, employees, and accounting staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and conduct ongoing training programs for new and existing staff.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of management experience in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for creating personalized guest experiences.
  • CA Food Handler and RBS Certification required.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
