Position Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive legal counsel and assistance to clients across various legal issues.
- Perform detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategic planning.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, articulating arguments and presenting evidence to support their cases.
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure efficient and effective management of legal matters.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends, applying this knowledge to benefit our clients and our firm.
- Engage in business development activities, including networking and relationship-building with potential clients.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the legal sector, preferably with a focus on personal injury cases.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a variety of legal matters, with a solid grasp of legal principles and practices.
- Outstanding legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build relationships with clients and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant technologies.
