Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the Veterinary Technology Program. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $18.22 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Veterinary Technology Program, including receiving invoices, checking requests, and organizing documents and reports.
  • Maintain confidential student and patient records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies, manage budgets, and track expenditures.
  • Schedule meetings, events, and offsite courses, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Staff the front desk, answer phone calls, and provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Accounts payable experience and proficiency in data entry software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
