We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook III to join our culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for banquets and events.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and operate action stations for banquets and buffets
- Carve and serve meats as requested by guests
- Support banquet and buffet operations by ensuring adequate stock of all items
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Set up and break down work stations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
