The manager will implement best practices, enhance billing procedures, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Guide, mentor, and oversee the billing team.
    • Establish goals, objectives, and performance indicators for the department.
    • Encourage a collaborative and supportive work environment to inspire team members.
  2. Billing Management:
    • Supervise daily billing activities, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
    • Develop and execute procedures and policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  8. Offset Management:
    • Maintain a list of offsets and ensure accurate collection and application against outstanding invoices.
