**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Expedited Medical Response Team Member to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, working closely with nursing staff and emergency physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide emergency medical care to patients, utilizing skills based on the National Scope of Practice for Paramedics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Utilize electronic medical records systems to document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
**Benefits and Compensation**
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
