Job Summary

Compass Group Careers is seeking a skilled Construction Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized, including floors, walls, windows, and surfaces.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction clean-up or janitorial services.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
