Construction Risk Coordinator

Gulfstream SP seeks a highly motivated and experienced Site Safety Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our construction projects are completed safely and efficiently. With a focus on promoting a culture of safety on every project, this position requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee site-specific safety plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate and conduct safety training sessions for site personnel.
- Provide expert advice on safety matters to project managers, workers, and external agencies.
- Proven experience in a construction safety role, with a strong understanding of OSHA standards and best practices in construction safety management.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
