Position Summary
The Beverage Bar Team Leader is instrumental in managing the daily operations of the beverage bar, ensuring outstanding customer service, upholding quality standards, and enhancing profitability. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate into the company’s culture and values, inspiring enthusiasm and engagement among team members and clients alike. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of the beverage bar operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain exceptional standards of beverage quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for guests, delivering outstanding service.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Engage proactively with customers to highlight special offers and new products.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and workstations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to promote smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in the development and revision of beverage menus.
- Handle customer complaints, staffing issues, or equipment malfunctions efficiently.
- Implement contingency plans to maintain operations during peak times or unexpected situations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector, particularly in beverage service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food and beverage service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
