Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the bar, ensuring exceptional food and beverage quality and service.
  • Plan and manage administrative functions, including scheduling, payroll management, beverage procurement, and crafting innovative cocktail menus.
  • Establish effective controls for beverage and labor costs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment within the establishment.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of beverage menus and industry trends.
  • Participate in BEO meetings and coordinate food and beverage requirements.
  • Engage in daily pre-service meetings.
  • Reconcile financials at the end of each shift.
Qualifications:
  • Food Safety Permit
  • Staff training and management experience
  • Food service and kitchen management skills
  • Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
  • Strong communication skills, especially in a bar environment
  • Previous experience in team management and interviewing
  • Knowledge of bar operations and bartending experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant/hotel
