Beverage Bar Operations Manager

Happier Grocery, a health-forward grocery store, seeks a Beverage Bar Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our beverage bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the beverage bar operation, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen staff and management, to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Menu Development: Participate in the development and updating of beverage menus, ensuring they align with our brand and customer preferences.
- Problem-Solving: Handle situations such as customer complaints, staffing issues, or equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively, implementing contingency plans as needed to maintain smooth operation during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or beverage service environment.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly as they apply to food and beverage service.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
