As an Aesthetic Sales Specialist, your primary role will be to engage with both new and existing clients, promoting our range of aesthetic services. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach and an entrepreneurial mindset, driving client engagement and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate the sales process by arranging consultations with prospective and current clients, effectively communicating our services and skincare products with expertise.
  • Conduct personalized consultations, providing clients with an overview of our offerings and developing tailored treatment plans to meet their aesthetic goals.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their concerns, and preparing financing options through reputable lenders.
  • Enhance sales within existing accounts by introducing innovative products and services.
  • Recommend additional services by assessing clients' current aesthetic treatments.
  • Collaborate with location providers and management to explore new business opportunities.
  • Assist providers in identifying potential upsell opportunities within their client base.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for all client interactions.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, achieving success through teamwork.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit by proactively reaching out to current and prospective clients to drive results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends as necessary.
  • Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing attentive service to clients.
  • Strong team player with the initiative to contribute positively.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Must uphold patient/client confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Willingness to work in spa locations as needed.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
