We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our team at Stellar Enterprises. As a System Analyst for ERP System Administration, you will play a critical role in the administration of our ERP system, Sage x3 v11.

Key Responsibilities
  • ERP System Administration: You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our ERP system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization: You will analyze, optimize, and test new processes and data in the ERP system to improve its performance and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Querying: You will create SQL-based reports and queries to provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Issue Resolution: You will identify and work on solutions for ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Business Process Analysis and Development: You will support the analysis, design, and development of business processes, working closely with our business stakeholders.
  • Web Application Development: You will work on the development of our company's internal web application, using Python-Django.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a system analyst or in a similar role.
  • Education: You have a successfully completed apprenticeship or (university) degree in (business) informatics or business administration with a focus on information management.
  • Career Change: A career change is also possible.
  • Technical Skills: You have good knowledge of SQL, are proficient in using common MS Office products, and have knowledge of Python-Django.
  • Language Skills: You have strong communication skills in German and English (both at level C1).
