Key Responsibilities:

  • Educational Background: A recent degree in Human Resources or relevant certification is preferred. Alternatively, 2-4 years of direct HR experience may be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in:
    • Excel: Ability to utilize basic formulas and formatting.
    • Word: Competence in document creation, editing, and formatting.
  • Communication Skills: Capable of engaging with all levels of staff, maintaining discretion, and composing professional correspondence.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to interruptions, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Project Management: Eager to tackle challenges and collaborate with team members to complete projects successfully.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
