Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient clinical documentation to determine eligibility for Prosigna Nanostring molecular testing.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to core laboratory operations, procedures, and software.
- Effectively manage the Laboratory Information System, including test creation, order rule maintenance, and order reconciliation.
- Collaborate with satellite laboratories to ensure seamless integration of the Electronic Medical Record system with the Laboratory Information System.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records for test creation, HL7 message interpretation, and connectivity with the Laboratory Information System.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for organization, data collection, and information management.
- Prepare the laboratory for inspections by reviewing relevant laboratory standards under supervision.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
- Familiarity with medical terminology for understanding diagnosis codes and pathology reports.
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: Up to $25 per hour.
