Job Summary

At The GIANT Company, we're passionate about building strong families and healthy communities. As a PT Driver E-commerce Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through safe and timely on-time delivery of our online customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver complete customer orders following the routing
• Ensure all totes are accounted for, accurate, and received at time of delivery
• Follow rules of the road and DOT regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service at time of delivery
• Ability to work in various temperature and weather conditions
• Ability to push, carry, and lift (sometimes overhead)
• Demonstrate the company's values of CARE, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, COURAGE, and HUMOR

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to show initiative
• Organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math
• Must complete Smith Safe Driver training and maintain DOT card/requirements of the position while in position

Working Conditions

• Shift Hours: Minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
• Job Cycles: Continual Max
• Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, Sit 0%, Walk 45%
• Category IV: Lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max Pull static: 20 lbs.
• Exposure to weather conditions, driving in snow, wind, rain, and sunshine
