Contract Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Contract Hardware Engineer to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in Westford, MA. As a Contract Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing analog and digital hardware for new and existing fire alarm products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop analog and digital hardware for new and existing fire alarm products
  • Perform system bring-up, integration testing, and debugging of circuits
  • Collaborate with firmware and software teams to define and implement system drivers and algorithms
  • Conduct research on new technologies for product improvements
  • Ensure product designs meet industry standards and are ready for mass production
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in circuit design, system bring-up, and testing of embedded systems
  • Expertise with electronic CAD tools such as Mentor Xpedition, Altium, or Cadence
  • Proficiency in working with high-speed signals and low-power circuit design
  • Strong communication skills for working in a cross-functional, global team environment
