Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Software Engineer at NVIDIA

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced software engineer with expertise in solving customer problems with DGX clusters and developing network adapter drivers. This role involves bridging the gap between the NVEX support team and product development groups at NVIDIA.

An ideal candidate will have strong technical skills to troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues, as well as contribute to software enhancements for NVIDIA InfiniBand and GPU products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage customer issues related to DGX clusters, network adapters, and DPUs
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve critical customer issues
  • Develop features and tools to support Enterprise Service offerings
  • Occasional weekend and holiday support for customers

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with C programming for network/server equipment
  • 10+ years of direct customer support experience
  • Expertise in Linux and Unix-type OSes
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and vendor interoperability
  • Containerized solutions experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with InfiniBand, GPU technology, and HPC Data-Center technologies
  • Certifications in networking and Linux
  • Shell scripting proficiency (Python/Bash)

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $385,250, depending on location and experience. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in its workforce.
