Customer Service Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Manager at SpartanNash, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct all front-end activities, ensuring that the work shifts contribute to the financial best interests of the store.
- Train others to perform all department activities and functions, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the selection, scheduling, and supervision of others to meet or exceed departmental productivity levels.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines, Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations, and Guest Experience Guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Proficient computer skills, including email and spreadsheets
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Accounting/Bookkeeping skills, including budget development and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Suggestive selling knowledge and product awareness
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
