We are currently seeking a Physician Relations Specialist to enhance our physician recruitment efforts. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Role Responsibilities:

The Physician Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in gathering essential recruitment data from graduating residents and fellow physicians. This information is vital for healthcare organizations aiming to successfully recruit and place qualified medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting phone interviews with physicians to collect their personal contact details and future practice aspirations.
  • Making outbound calls to physicians regarding potential practice opportunities.
  • Engaging with residents and fellows through professional networking platforms.
  • Educating physicians about M3 USA's career resources.
  • Handling inbound inquiries from physicians, healthcare facilities, and administrative personnel.
  • Working autonomously to achieve daily and weekly targets for call attempts and interviews conducted.
  • Maintaining a consistent volume of calls each day.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional listening abilities and professional phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other networking tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet objectives.
  • Experience in navigating 'gate-keepers' with a sales-oriented approach.
  • Preferred background in outbound calling.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in market research, sales, or customer support.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail is critical, particularly for data entry tasks.
