Position Summary:
We are seeking a Physician Relations Specialist to contribute to our mission at M3 USA. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to gather essential recruitment data.
- Initiate outbound calls to physicians regarding prospective practice opportunities.
- Engage with residents and fellows through various communication platforms.
- Educate physicians about M3 USA's career resources and offerings.
- Handle inbound inquiries from physicians, healthcare facilities, and administrative personnel.
- Work autonomously to achieve daily and weekly targets for call attempts and interviews conducted.
- Maintain a high volume of calls daily to ensure effective outreach.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional listening abilities and professional communication skills over the phone.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Experience in navigating 'gate-keepers' with a sales-oriented approach.
- Preferred background in outbound calling.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in market research, sales, or customer support is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
- Attention to detail is crucial, particularly in data entry tasks.
