MGM Healthcare Home Office is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in filling job vacancies for healthcare professionals in skilled nursing and assisted living settings.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Utilize applicant tracking systems to review and screen applications, message candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Candidate Engagement: Regularly call, text, and/or email job applicants to engage in the recruitment process, ensuring daily contact as necessary.
- Phone Screenings: Conduct brief phone screenings with candidates for CNA, CMT, and other Ancillary staff roles, facilitating the initiation of onboarding with HR Specialists.
- Reference Checks: Complete reference checks to ensure the highest quality of candidates.
- Onboarding: Collect signed Conditional Offers of Employment from new hires, share with HR Specialists and Hiring Managers to initiate onboarding and orientation/first day scheduling.
- Representing the Facility: Represent MGM Healthcare Home Office at job fairs, develop and execute innovative recruiting and staffing strategies to ensure hiring goals are consistently met.
- Candidate Experience: Own the candidate experience, creating memorable interactions that inspire the best to work at MGM Healthcare Home Office.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Conduct scheduled check-ins with new hires to gather feedback on their training experience and job satisfaction, sharing with managers to address new hire needs and remove barriers to satisfaction.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication/verbal skills in-person and written formats.
- Positive Attitude and Drive for Results: Demonstrate a positive attitude and a drive for results.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (office management, talent acquisition/HR, administration, etc.) is necessary.
