Job Summary

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our hiring efforts, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Utilize our applicant tracking system to review and screen applications, message candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Candidate Engagement: Regularly contact job applicants to engage in the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Interview Preparation: Prepare interviewers for the interview process, including evaluation criteria and post-interview expectations.
  • Onboarding: Collect signed Conditional Offers of Employment from new hires and share with HR Specialist and Hiring Manager to initiate onboarding and orientation.
  • Staffing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative recruiting and staffing strategies to ensure hiring goals are consistently met.
  • Candidate Experience: Own the candidate experience, creating memorable interactions that inspire the best to work at MGM Healthcare Home Office.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Conduct scheduled check-ins with new hires to gather feedback on their training experience and job satisfaction, sharing with managers to address new hire needs and remove barriers to satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Positive Attitude and Drive for Results: A positive attitude and a drive for results are essential for this position.
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (office management, talent acquisition/HR, administration, etc.) is preferred.
