Position Summary:

The Physician Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in conducting telephone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians. The primary objective is to gather essential recruitment information that healthcare organizations require to effectively recruit and place qualified medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone interviews with physicians to collect their personal contact details and future practice preferences.
  • Initiate outbound calls to physicians regarding potential practice opportunities.
  • Engage with residents and fellows through professional networking platforms.
  • Educate physicians about M3 USA's career resources.
  • Handle incoming calls from physicians, healthcare facilities, and administrative personnel.
  • Work autonomously to achieve daily and weekly targets for call attempts and interviews conducted.
  • Maintain a consistent volume of calls each day.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional listening abilities and professional phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other networking tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet objectives.
  • Experience in navigating 'gate-keepers' with a sales-oriented approach.
  • Preferred background in outbound calling.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in market research, sales, or customer support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in data entry tasks.
