We're Looking for a Team Member: As a Medical Records and Insurance Verification Specialist at Miami Gastroenterology Consultants, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient medical records. Your duties will include verifying patient demographics, processing medical records requests, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Your Key Tasks Will Be:

  • To verify patient demographics and insurance information
  • To process medical records requests in a timely manner
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • To provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Our Offer Includes: A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
