Caregiver Coordinator

At Open Systems Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of our branch office, including staffing and scheduling caregivers, customer service, human resources, and support for the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field staff to maintain quality of care and appropriate staffing levels.
- Coordinate staffing of clients' shifts according to their care plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client and caregiver interactions.
- Respond to client and caregiver complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by the OSH representative.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Evidence of Tuberculosis screening that meets CDC guidelines.
- Reliable form of transportation.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
The employee will occasionally be exposed to various conditions at client sites. Travel may be required, and the ability to perform tasks involving physical activity is necessary.
